We are looking for a person who is excited to bring his or her experience in Diffusion, PE-CVD or wet cleaning processes, materials, or equipment development to a competitive and highly differentiated specialty process foundry for RF-CMOS, BICMOS, MEMS, and Silicon Photonics devices. He or she enjoys working in a collaborative environment, developing new or continuously improving existing diffusion or dielectric deposition process modules to meet performance, quality, and cycle time requirements of a steadily advancing technology road map.

Job Responsibilities
- Experience with diffusion, dielectric deposition, semiconductor cleaning processes, materials, or equipment development for RF-CMOS, BICMOS, MEMS, and Silicon Photonics devices.
- Monitor, control, and continuously improve manufacturing processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Sustain processes, troubleshooting yield problems, developing process enhancements, and implementing new processes to continuously improve performance, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Install and qualifying of new tools and process capabilities.
- Support process and technology transfers.
- Participate in troubleshooting taskforces as needed and helping develop solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Work with and support the Integration team and Quality organization to ensure technologies meet all technical specifications and reliability requirements.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and six sigma processes.
Job Requirements
- Either B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required; M.S. or Ph.D. degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years process engineering experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of process engineering.
- Ability to execute definable portions of a project or lead own small projects.
- Ability to use knowledge to provide solutions to a variety of difficult problems.
- Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a global team or environment.
- Six sigma certification preferred.
Compensation Range
$78,850-$145,122
