Job Description

Assistant Controller at a global publicly traded industrial company. 
Including:
-    Preparation of quarterly financial reports by US GAAP & managerial reports.
-    US/Il compliance reporting including income tax and consumption/sales tax tax filings
-    Support US/Il local regulations and activities including local insurance, local initiatives 
-    Lead projects and activities including as part of establishment of new activity 
-    Address local compliance and reporting requirements, lead activities with the  US team and consultants 
-    Control over inventory management and valuation, includes stocktaking.
-    Perform and review internal controls and SOX controls.
-    Working environment includes mainly SAP ERP system and MS Office.
-    Job includes ongoing communications with the company’s sites in the USA.

Job Requirements

•    Certified Accountant
•    Internship in one of the big-4
•    controlling experience in an industrial public / high tech company, experience in leading projects and activities 
•    Thorough knowledge of Excel and Office
•    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
•    Tasks include ongoing work and communication including through meetings, phone calls and emails with employees and service providers in the US sites during the US (mainly California) working hours
•    Advantage: SAP working experience
•    Essential: Residence in the north to allow full onsite working
•    Ability and willingness to work long hours, including to support tight schedule due dates and communication with the US sites
